PEAK ASSIST offers both project and retainer rates to meet the specialized needs of your business.

Project Rate:
PEAK ASSIST completes one-time projects at a rate of $35.00 per hour.

Retainer Packages:

Retainer Plan Policies:
Any hours over and beyond the package plan will be billed out at your current package rate. Unused hours cannot be transferred from month to month.

Prepaid plans do not include postage, courier, telephone charges, materials, etc. or any items purchased for projects. Those costs are charged separately and will be invoiced monthly.

All retainer plans must sign a contract as per PEAK ASSIST policies.

Invoices will be sent out on the first day of the month and must be paid by the 15th of every month. If not paid by due date, a $25.00 late fee will be charged. One electronic reminder or telephone call on the due date will be given and five additional days to receive payment by mail. If paying late becomes a habit (i.e. 3 times in one year or 2 consecutive late payments), PEAK ASSIST reserves the right to void the contract. In the event the contract is voided by PEAK ASSIST due to late payments, the client agrees that all delinquent late fees and expenses, including all collection and attorney fees, are due and payable.
